1. One TENA Token is earned per packet of TENA product that is purchased
2. The TENA Tokens will appear at the bottom of the purchase receipt
3. Customers must retain the full receipt as proof of purchase
4. One free TENA product can be redeemed when you earn 4 TENA Tokens
5. The free product is to be of equal or lesser value to the lowest value product of the 4 products purchased
6. Tokens are to be surrendered at the time of redemption
7. Tokens collected at Chemist Warehouse can be redeemed at any Chemist Warehouse store
8. Tokens can be collected from multiple purchases
9. The offer is available for purchases between 1/12/2021 to 31/12/2026, however redemption is available until 31/01/2027
10. My Chemist Pharmacies that have transformed to Amcal Pharmacies or Discount Drug Store (DDS) will rejoin the program from 1st April 2026 & Redemptions will be available until 31/01/2027
11. Chemist Warehouse reserves the right to suspend, cease or alter the terms and conditions of the TENA Tokens program
12. If a TENA product is returned, the token will be retained by the retailer and will no longer be valid
13. This is a Chemist Warehouse exclusive program, not available in conjunction with any other offer, including Chemist Warehouse online

ONLINE PURCHASE
